As of March 31, I feel less pain in the ankle normally. I still feel numb around the toe. Because the tendon is shorter now, the instep of my left foot is higher than that of my right foot by 1 cm or more. Because of the pain and the swelling, I still can not wear leather shoes, slippers, etc. My doctor told me not to take part in sports for 6 months. I am now undergoing rehabilitation, i.e. muscle training, ankle and toe bending. At the present time, I am worried more about the pain in the ankle and the aftereffect of the injury than the rupture of my tendon.
